Search attachments by filename across the entire forum from one ACP page
Dry run mode so you can see what a bulk action will do before committing
Rename attachment display names without touching the actual files
Action logging so you've got a trail of what was changed and when
ACP dashboard with a quick overview of your attachment health
For members:
Bookmark any attachment in any post with one click
Personal gallery page showing all your bookmarked attachments in one place
Give bookmarks your own alias names so you can find them by whatever makes sense to you

The boring but important bits:
Everything runs through proper XenForo framework. Entities, repositories, controllers, Setup.php migrations -- no raw SQL, no database hacks. Installs and upgrades cleanly through the admin panel.
Works with XenForo 2.3. PHP 8.1+.
Tables are created on install and cleaned up on uninstall. Permissions integrate with XenForo's permission system. Template modifications are additive only -- nothing gets overwritten.
